How to Request a Refund

Simply reply to your purchase confirmation email or contact us with your order details. We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the purchased map content will be revoked. If you downloaded a KML file, we kindly ask that you delete it.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse.
