Barcelona: Hidden Bars & Speakeasies

Barcelona's best bars don't have signs. Some are behind a pastrami fridge. One looks like a barbershop. Another hasn't changed since 1933 and still doesn't take reservations. I've been collecting these places for four years, the ones where cocktails are taken seriously, where the staff actually care, where you feel like you've been let in on something. This is that list.
